He has held management positions with Cox Communications, Bozell Worldwide Advertising, Industrial Light and Magic, Skywalker Sound and Red Herring Communications. Joe has a BA from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer (and “Smartest IT Guy Ever”)

Prior to founding X2Technologies, he was the Director of Infrastructure  Services for the technical consultancy of Semaphore Partners (a member of  the Publicis family of companies). Steve has been responsible for meeting  all external client needs for the strategy, design, and implementation of  mission critical IT systems.
