1. How do I back up my company’s 8TB Windows fileserver?
2. What’s the best way to connect my advertising agency staff, WiFi or with wires?
3. How do I get remote access for my team to my files?
4. I walked into a position where this network was setup by a consultant.  There has never been a NetworkAdmin at this company until me.
   We have two Windows 2000 Advanced Servers with one being the primary domain controller.  There is not a backup domain controller.
   There have been more servers added but in later OS versions of W2K3 and W2K7.
   How can I move the domain controller to another server with one of the latest OS, safely, correctly and also get a backup domain controller out of it?  Should it be moved only to one of the 2003 servers or the one 2007 server if at all?
5. What is the best way to manage and maintain a network these days?
6. I cant get a frame to resize on applications like IE and Word. The double arrow doesn’t come up for me to drag the frame open or close to the size I want.
